Shut-Off Plan Update

The CPUC recently voted 3-2 to temporarily block SDG&E’s plan to go ahead with the Shut Off Plan on September 1. This means SDG&E will have to wait until September 10 to see how the commission will vote on the plan. Several water agencies and school districts, along with other groups, asked for the temporary restraining order so that SDG&E could not go ahead with the plan at the beginning of the month.
